We have a portfolio of clients who outsource their fulfilment services to KJS.

Fulfilment is a specialist service that requires trained staff, and huge investments in machinery and equipment. Whilst some printers may offer a limited service on a small scale, it’s not unusual they’re asked to manage mailings that exceed their capability. This is especially so if they’re printing catalogues, magazines or regular subscription titles.

We also handle work from other mailing houses when they may not have the capacity to run them, or don’t offer what their client is looking for. Paper wrap is a good example of this as it’s still a relatively new to the market and is still only offered by a handful of mailing houses.

Whatever the reason trade customers need to outsource work, we will always handle it with the utmost confidentiality and integrity. We’re happy to remain anonymous and not have any contact with the end client, or equally, if our trade customer prefer us to speak to their client, we will do with professionalism and respect.
