As part of the certification, we must demonstrate and document our Information Security Management System three times a year and we are also externally audited annually.

Would you like a FREE health check on your data?

We’ll take your database and check it against the latest Royal Mail PAF software. The health check will show the the number of matches in your data against criteria such as:

We’ll then advise you of the costs should you wish proceed and have these records removed.

How safe it is for me to supply data to you?

We’ll supply you with details to upload your data file to our secure SFTP server with an encrypted connection to ensure data confidentiality at all times. All data is handled and processed in line with our ISO 270001 certification standards.
What format does my data file need to be?

We can accept a range of data formats, including Microsoft Excel, CSV, Tab Delimited Text (.txt or .tab), Comma Delimited Text (.txt or .csv), Fixed-length Text (.txt).
My database is in a mess! Can you help?

Yes! Our dedicated and experienced data management teams will be able to work on your data and bring it to a standard you can use for mailing. We’ll take a look at your database and provide an estimate before any work is undertaken.
How does data quality affect postage costs?

The world of postage is complex. For volume mailings, the quality of your data can have a big impact on what discount we can get on your mailing. The cleaner and more accurate your it is, the more we sorted your mailing and the greater discount you’ll receive on the postage cost. We will always send your items at the most cost-effective rate, regardless of what your are sending and whether you’re sending it 1st Class, 2nd Class or Economy.
