It’s fair to say we know a thing or two about direct mail. We’ve been trading since 1998 and fulfil millions of items each year. In fact, there isn’t much we haven’t seen (or mailed).

KJS We are Direct Mail was set up by Kevin Brown and Stuart Speechley in 1998. The aim back then, which still remains today, was to make direct mail easy. Over this time, the company’s grown and expanded but the ethic is still the same (and Kevin and Stuart are still very much hands on!).

We offer a complete range of print to mail services so you can pick and choose which of these you require. Regardless of whether your order is for 100 or 100,000 items, we never compromise on our quality or high level of customer service, both of which are paramount to our success.

From print to data processing, fulfilment to design, we offer the complete service, all from under one roof. This enables us to keep control on every job, ensuring we maintain quality throughout the production process and meet every deadline, however tight it may be!

We stay one step ahead of the pack

We invest in the latest technology to ensure we’re always at the forefront of what’s happening in the industry. We were one of the first companies in the UK to install a LED UV print press; we started running potato starch wrap as soon as it came to market; we're one of the few mailing houses offering paper wrap.

When you work with KJS We Are Direct Mail you’ll have your own dedicated account manager as your point of contact. But we’re a close knit team and all keep abreast with all the jobs we have going through. So, in the unlikely event your account manager isn’t available to answer your query, another member of our account management team will be. They’re supported by our wider team of skilled IT, print and fulfilment operatives who are equally as committed to ensuring quality and perfection on every job.

Whether it’s a short print run, or mailing thousands of items, we take great care on every single job we work on, and always work to the high standards we set ourselves. We listen to our clients, we’ll offer advice based upon our knowledge and experience of the industry and we perform, but we never stop learning. We’re never complacent.
