Not all mailings can be inserted on a machine, so we’ve got a dedicated in-house team who’ll pack and insert by hand. In fact, there isn’t much we haven’t mailed out over the years!

Manual fulfilment for bespoke mailings

We live in an automated world and assume everything is now done by machine. But,  lots of mailings aren't suitable to enclose this way.

At KJS we have a permanent, dedicated team to hand enclose all the weird and wonderful things that cannot be done on our machine enclosing lines.

It can be quicker and more economical for us to hand enclose low volume mailings, even if it's just a letter into an envelope. There's mailings that go into into jiffy or gusset envelopes, either bulks of one publication, or where we need to collate a number of individual items. And then there's pick and pack of larger items into boxes.

No two jobs are ever the same. We don't have minimum or maximum quantities for this type of work. It really can be from one or two items up to tens of thousands.

We'll source the best packaging to send your mailing out in, and when we come to pack, our team will ensure even the most delicate of items will arrive in one piece.

Some companies will think it’s cheaper and quicker to do these kind of jobs in-house, but it’s not until they start that they realise how time consuming it can be, and it takes staff away from the role they're employed to do. And, they underestimate how much space is needed.

But, as the saying goes, many hands make light weight, so with our set up specifically for this type of work, we can pack and mail in a fraction of the time.

Plus, we can offer competitive rates on UK and overseas postage via our contracts with Royal Mail, and many of the parcel delivery companies. Whether you’ve got 10 or 10,000 packs, we’d be happy to handle it!
