Customer receives £12k postage credit

From Royal Mail's incentives pay off

One of our charity customers has benefited from the Royal Mail’s ‘Open for Business’ and ‘Back to Business’ incentives to the tune of £12,000 of postage credit.

These incentives were introduced by Royal Mail when the pandemic first hit in Spring 2020 to give businesses a much-needed boost to their trading and advertising activity, by directly engaging with customers and prospects through direct mail. The latest scheme was extended into the current Q4 and is running until 27 March.

It was a pleasure to work with this long-standing customer in submitting the necessary paperwork to Royal Mail to ensure they receive the credit which will now be redeemed against their next mailing.

It really is proof that businesses can benefit by these incentives, as well as showing how well direct mail continues to work in customer engagement, even during a pandemic.

If you want to find out how you can make the most of direct mail during lockdown, just give us a call.
